3 What the plan is and is not  It’s not a magic bullet  It is a science based approach  It’s not easy but it is rewarding

4 How to minimize and control cravings  Set yourself up for success. Make sure you have what you are supposed to eat, or you’ll eat what you should not!  Perimeter shop  Avoid raw foods  Avoid iced fluids  Chew each bite at least 10--15 times

5  Eat like an Italian! Don’t read, talk, watch TV, or drive while eating: Your brain won’t get the signal and neither will your stomach!  Give your body a chance to tell you it’s full: Eat 70% of your meal, then wait for 15-20 minutes. 6 Things to think about  Some will eliminate weight some will eliminate inches  You aren’t losing anything. You are shedding/eliminating excess, unwanted weight  You’re gaining health, vitality, and mobility  Qigong and acupressure will be working behind the scenes.
