Listen to him.” - Luke 9:35 “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.” - John 8:12 4 “Go back to John and tell him what you have heard and seen — 5 the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised to life… - Matthew 11:4-5

8. GOD SPEAKS: 8 “I am the L ORD ; that is my name! I will not give my glory to anyone else, nor share my praise with carved idols. 9 Everything I prophesied has come true, and now I will prophesy again. I will tell you the future before it happens.” – Isaiah 42:8-9 CHRIST’S AFFIRMATION: 44 Then he said, “When I was with you before, I told you that everything written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and in the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures. - Luke 24:44-45

GOD SPEAKS: 20 “The Redeemer will come to Jerusalem to buy back those in Israel who have turned from their sins,” says the L ORD. 21 “And this is my covenant with them,” says the L ORD. “My Spirit will not leave them, and neither will these words I have given you. - Isaiah 59:20-21 CHRIST’S AFFIRMATION: 14 Because God’s children are human beings—made of flesh and blood—the Son also became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who had the power of death. 15 Only in this way could he set free all who have lived their lives as slaves to the fear of dying. - Hebrews 2:14-15
