3. Luke 4: 16-21 Isaiah was a prophet that was born in Judah around 740-700BC. He prophesised about kings and the capital city of his region- Jerusalem. Isaiah began his life as a prophet after he had a vision of God. God told him to go and speak to people and to tell them that there was only one God, and that all people should put their faith and trust in him.
