16. This film shows the “Luke's Resistance“ against power. During the drastic social changes in 1960s America, "Luke's Resistance" plainly shows the conflict between old generation who wants to keep their vested interests and new generation who needs a new social order. But the world did not change so easily, and their resistance quickly subdue by ruthless authority. However, Luke never give up. He continue to break out the prison, and even he got caught and got a cruel punishment he still try to escape the prison. As his colleague howled at the end of the movie, "The world maybe shake a bit". Anyway, Luke did his resistance till the last moment.
