1 A quick guide for installing SheepShaver after the download of SheepShaver_OS9 for Mac_F, or so... This is a helper. In no case the author can be considered liable of bad issues on your computer… This guide is intended at Mac OSX users... After having downlowded one of the following archives:... and unzipped it, just follow the next steps

2 here is the content of SheepShaver archive.. (which you should place in your Applications folder..)

3 1. Create a new folder and name it as you want... here I have named it "Shared". This folder will serve as an exchange folder between OS9 and OSX environments (see next slides). here is the content of SheepShaver archive.. (which you should place in your Applications folder..)

4 2. you will have to check the paths to: Mac_OS9_HD (virtual disk containing Mac OS9) Mac_OS_ROM keycodes.sdl here is the content of SheepShaver archive.. (which you should place in your Applications folder..)

5 2. To this purpose, run SheepShaverPrefs... here is the content of SheepShaver archive.. (which you should place in your Applications folder..)

6 SheepShaverPrefs Tab #1 In this example, I have placed the SheepShaver folder into the Applications folder... Here is the path to the virtual HD where OS9 is installed

16 Then, quit SheepShaverPrefs, and run SheepShaver...

17 ...and run PaleoMac too...!! you should obtain something like this: here is the exchange folder generated by SheepShaver Prefs in OS9 (the "Unix root"....) here is an alias to the "Shared" folder in the SheepShaver folder under OSX Mac OS9 screenMac OSX screen
