3 Reporting The reports are organized into the following categories as shown on the Reporting Springboard page of AccessOnline: 1. Program Management - gives you access to summary and detail information about your card program. 2. Financial Management – Monitors expenditures, track variances, and manage account allocations.

25 Reporting All AccessOnline reports are parameter-driven and have different parameters based on the data elements available for each report.

The reports you see when you log in depends on the rites assigned to your user ID by the system administrator. You have access to reports that pertain to your business needs only. 27 Report Output AccessOnline reports offer a variety of output formats HTML, Microsoft Excel or PDF. All output formats are fully exportable and viewable online. 28 Sample Reports The following report samples are from the Program Management section. To run a report you must use the cardholders name, account number or social security number. You can also find a cardholders account by searching for a managing account. Then you need to know the managing account number, managing account name or company number.
