Typical properties of Neoprene Good chemical stability – can be used for fuel and other chemical. Flexibility Fire retardant – burn point is around 260°C Electric insulation Heat insulation UV resistance Tensile strength Neoprene 3.4 – 24, Stainless 480 -2240, PVC 40.7 – 65.1 (mPa)

Uses of Neoprene Fuel line - but cannot be used for high pressured fuel Hot water – can be used independently or outside layer of ordinary pipes Insulation - can be used for electronic wire Protective cover - for prevent damage from other pipes or hull construction, and also can prevents injury from pipes when unexpected movement of vessels.

Joints Can be joined by neoprene glue and sewing
