CGMS-IPWG meeting, INM, Madrid, 23-27 September 200211 European Commission - Directorate-General for Research International research co-operation UCandidate countries associated to the FP will participate under same conditions as EU Member States UFP6 will be open on the project level and on the basis of mutual benefit to the participation of entities from third countries and of international organisations for scientific co-operation +A budget of 315 Meuros is devoted to international co- operation involving developing countries, Mediterranean countries, the Western Balkans, Russia and the Newly Independent States (NIS). +Another 285 Meuros is earmarked to finance the participation of third country organisations in the Thematic priorities +Additional resources will be available under section Human resources and mobility to fund research training for third- country researchers in Europe
