Clerk of the National Assembly 2.Establishment of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee. Section 4 of the Sixth Schedule. No timeline given but should be established at the earliest. House Business Committee 3.Appointment of the chairperson and members of the Commission for the Implementation of the New Constitution. Sections 5 and 25 of the Sixth Schedule and Article 250 of the New Constitution. Within ninety days of the effective date. The CIOC, the National Assembly, the President. 1

The Chief Justice in office shall vacate office within six months following which a new Chief Justice shall be appointed. The National Assembly. 2
