4 WHAT IS A PRONOUN? The pronoun is the second of the eight parts of speech. Just for the record, here are all eight:

5 WHAT IS A PRONOUN? The pronoun is the second of the eight parts of speech. Just for the record, here are all eight: noun, pronoun, adjective, verb, adverb, preposition, conjunction, and interjection.

6 PERSONAL PRONOUNS:

7 I, me, you, he, him, she, it, we, us, they, them

8 POSSESSIVE PERSONAL PRONOUNS:

9 my, mine, your, yours, his, her, hers, its, our, ours, their, theirs

10 POSSESSIVE PERSONAL PRONOUNS: my, mine, your, yours, his, her, hers, its, our, ours, their, theirs *Note that “It's” is NEVER a possessive pronoun. “ It's” stands for the contraction that represents "It is" or "It has."

11 INDEFINITE PRONOUNS:

12 Anybody, anyone, each, either, none, someone, somebody, both, everyone, no one, neither, many, few, several.

13 INTERROGATIVE PRONOUNS:

14 who, whom, what, which, whose
