2 STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES (DOLMA) Ingredients 500 g beef 1 onion 50 g uncooked white rise 25-30 grape leaves, rinsed and drained Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste

3 Ingredients

4 Direction 1 Chop the meat

5 Direction 2 Chop onion

6 Direction 3 Mix onion with ground beef

7 Direction 4 Add rinsed rise, salt, black pepper to taste

8 Direction 5 Add chopped dill and mix well

9 Direction 6 Place 25-30 g of mixture in the centre of a leaf. Fold in the sides and then roll into a cigar shape

10 Direction 7 Place in prepared pot, close with the saucer Pour in just enough hot water to reach the saucer Direction 8

11 Direction 9 Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, until rise is totally cooked

12 Direction 10 Serve with the sour-cream
