1. BÁBOVKA Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 2 eggs ½ cup oil 1 tsp baking powder raisins oil or fat for brushing

2. 1. Prepare a baking mold, brush the inside of the mold with oil or fat and coat it with flour.

3. 2. Put the flour, sugar, milk, eggs, raisins, baking powder and oil in a dish and mix together.

4. 3. Pour the batter in the baking mold and put it in a preheated oven. Bake it for 40-50 minutes at 180° C.

5. When it is finished take it out of the mold still hot othervise it can stick. Finally you dust it with powdered sugar.
