Ingredients: - Aubergines - Coriander - Cumin - Salt - Olive oil - Saffron - Red pepper - Garlic - Lemon juice

Remove the two ends of the aubergines, without peeling them. Squeeze lemon.

Put aubergines in a pot full of water to cook for almost 20 minutes.

Afterwards, take a large frying pan and put olive oil in it. Add the aubergines, and crush them with a fork. Add a little salt, cumin, saffron, red pepper, chopped coriander and garlic, and lemon juice. (Make it as spicy and you want it to be, if you don't like red pepper, you can skip it).

Cook for a 10 minutes on a small fire.

and enjoy delicious Za3look. (It is preferred to eat it with bread, I also made some instant couscous
