26. Katelyn Rich, at the age of 12, I was weighing over 170 lbs. My self confidence was low and I was very self conscious about myself. My mother and father took me to the doctor to see if I was ok, no blood disorders or thyroid problems. The doctor said I was fine but the lack of exercise and eating improperly was the problem.
