2. H1N1 DISEASE’S STATUS Number of H1N1 cases throughout Viet Nam: 703 cases have been reported. Number of H1N1 cases in Phu My Hung Urban Area: 21 cases Several district in which H1N1 were reported: Dist. 7, Dist. 9, Tan Binh Dist., Binh Thanh Dist.. Building in which H1N1 were reported:  Hanoi: Viettel Building, Vigracera Building  HCMC: Petro Building ( Dist. 1) Number of the recovery: 386 cases

3. H1N1 - MEASURES FOR PROTECTION 1.GA Dept. has sent internal notice regarding H1N1 protection plan on 03/06/2009. Please be sure to check. GA will send again to all BM and Dept. manager, please also announce to all employees. 2.The World Center: each floor will have one person who in charges measuring employee’s temperature every working day.

4. H1N1 - MEASURES FOR PROTECTION 3.Employees who work for Customer Service need to wear mask during working hours. 4.Staff who got fever do not go to office, please take sick leave, wear mask and then go to hospital for checking. Please take advise from doctors.

5. H1N1 - MEASURES FOR PROTECTION 5.In working time, if employees do not feel well and in doubt of disease, please wear mask and come to see our clinic’s doctor for advises. (Located on 6 th FL of The World Center – Clinic Room) 6.If the employee has similar symptoms or diagnose with H1N1. Please inform your Manager / Director or Agency (SM/BM). Be sure to report to GA Dept. in Head Office (Mr. Trung or Ms. Lan Phuong)
