10 The corridor will give travelers the opportunity to make seamless and convenient shifts among modes. Enhanced mobility for people, goods, and services. Enhancing current levels of existing interoperability between field elements and functional environments or systems. Focus placed on improving throughput, productivity, connectivity, safety, and accessibility. Operational – How ICM will help our Site

11 The San Diego I-15 ICM transportation corridor will be managed collaboratively and cooperatively through on-going partnerships among the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), the North County Transit District (NCTD), the California Highway Patrol (CHP), and the Cities of San Diego, Poway, and Escondido.
