CITY OF NORTH PORT US41 CORRIDOR UTILITIES MASTER PLAN Funding and Cost Recovery Corridor Capital Recovery Fee Per ERC: Water = $400 / Wastewater = $1,620 Paid at capacity reservation Paid at time of reservation in addition to Capacity Fees Allows growth & satisfies commitment to WVID Available Wastewater Transmission Capacity is 476 ERCs WVID WWTP must be built to add more ERCs
