Creation of a Management Board of the involved railway infrastructure managers and allocation bodies (within the scope of the Association, which will act as legal entity of this future RFC. Structuring of tasks in different working groups for the purpose of meeting the demands of implementing an RFC (e.g. for issues like harmonized investments, interoperability, traffic management, construction and maintenance planning, marketing, OSS etc.). Kick-off immediately after the approval by the European Commission!
