Passes through Jharsuguda & Sundergarh districts, 24 vill., 2 Tehsils- Jharsuguda & Hemgir & 2 Forest Div. - Sambalpur & Sundergarh. To evacuate and transport 60 MT of coal from Gopalpur- Manoharpur Blocks in IB valley of MCL.
