9 Change in Skyline along BRTS corridor  Development of BRTS corridor leads to change in Skyline along the corridor.  Further additional FSI along the corridor promotes high rise buildings.  Development of BRTS corridor attracts establishment of institutional, corporate, hotels, malls and hospitals.  Densification of corridor helps to increase in employment rate also.  Land values is also increased by 3-4 times along the corridor.
