5 Need for Improvement Current Average Annual Daily Trips (AADT) = 15,002 – 16,247 Projected to fail adopted Level of Service (LOS) ‘D’ in 2010 By 2030, projected 44,000 – 47,500 AADT

6 Need for Improvement Safety –2005: 21 accidents (7 injuries) –January 2006 – March 2006: 9 accidents (10 injuries)
