Establishes guidelines for each authority (ANAC & AERONAUTICAL COMMAND) to elaborate its own Specific Safety Program (PSOE), in line with the Brazilian commitments in international agreements. The PSOE-ANAC & PSOE-COMAER, once approved, are part of PSO-BR 7

Regulation: Resolution 106 – Small Operators SMS requirements – 30 June 2009. New regulation: RBAC 121 with SMS requirements just published in 22 March 2010. Certification of SMS training provider: target to April 2010. SSP training classes – 2 events. Training classes for small operators – 9 concluded. SMS ICG member since October 2009. 11

SSP is a reality in Brazil. Service Providers SMS is being implemented fast. Changing from prescriptive to performance based regulation. Guidance and promotion material are on its way. 12
