Inter-Agency Automated Rendezvous & Capture Working Group 5/22-23/2002 Naval Research Laboratory Tri X. Nguyen 281-483-0468
2
2 Background On March 8, 2002, it was agreed to form the Inter- Agency AR&C Working Group and have a face-to- face meeting. –Proactive at collaboration / reuse, rather than reactive –Many positive comments about formulation of the AR&C inter-agency (DOD/NASA) working group. –The first AR&C interagency working group meeting on May 22 and 23, 2002 at NRL, Washington DC
3
3 Goals of the First AR&C Inter-Agency (NASA/DOD) Working Group Meeting Share information about programs and projects at various government sites which have potential value to others interested in automated rendezvous and capture / docking Face-to-face interaction –Get to know each other Finalize the AR&C Inter-Agency Working Group Charter
