A new understanding; A new outlook We suffer from the effects of the disease of obesity; a surgical intervention is not a cure. We must take responsibility for where we are and how we got here and we must tell ourselves the TRUTH! We must each come to understand our own body. –Understand our unique metabolism and how to manage it to loose, gain and maintain our weight. –Understand our individual addictions and emotional –attachments to food.
