Min Chong Comfort Home was established in 1986 to provide comprehensive geriatric transitional and long-term care.
With over years of step-down care experience for the elderly community in Singapore, we are known for our continuous improvements and high standards in the provision of nursing care and in the delivery of effective healthcare services.

Pre-respite Care and counselling ensure smooth transfer of the elderly from hospital to our nursing home and help families address their concerns that usually come with nursing home placement.
Post-respite care connects family members to the various resources available and skills training for the care givers for continuity of care
