4 Game Changers: Spiritual Our salvation can often rest on a handful of choices/decisions that effect our total walk with God. Sometimes one choice can effect whether or not we will receive a crown of life or spend an eternity in everlasting shame.

5 Deciding to Become a Christian “The Biggest Decision of your life!” A necessary decision: Acts 4:12 John 14:16 A Lot goes into this decision You have decided to believe in God You have decided to commit yourself to serving God (Rom. 6:15-18) A Foundational Decision that can/will/should impact all other decisions.

6 Deciding to Become a Christian A comparison to Abraham’s Decision(Gen. 12) A decision that involves complete faith and trust in God. A decisions that involves leaving what he know in hopes of something greater A decision that involves endurance and perseverance. A decisions that involves a reward that is received after he has died. A decisions that involves great blessing in this life.

7 Mind Set: Deciding to Remain Faithful Deciding to be a Christian is the Biggest Decision you will make in your life, Deciding to remain faithful is in fact just as crucial.

9 Mind Set: Deciding to Remain Faithful Godly living is a fight (1 Tim. 6:12) Godly living is a Race (Heb. 12:1) It involves labor and suffering (1 Tim. 4:10) We must commit and we must stay Committed (Acts 14:22; Rev. 2:10)

12 Deciding who to Marry Possibly the Biggest decision of your life. A spouse can have tremendous influence. 1 Cor. 5:6-8- “A little leaven…” 1 Cor. 15:33 “Bad company corrupts good morals”

13 Deciding who to Marry Warnings by God: OT: Exod. 34:11-16; Deut. 7:1-5 NT: 2 Cor. 6:14-16 Remember Solomon!!! (1 Kings 11:1-8; Neh. 13:23-27) Those who are wise and God-fearing Prov. 31:10, 30 Prov. 19:14

14 Deciding who to Marry Making the Wise Decision: Mary someone who has committed themselves to God by becoming a Christian. Mary someone who truly loves the Lord. Mary someone who shares the same spiritual goals and views of how to serve God.

15 Deciding who to Marry “But I know someone who married someone who was not a Christian…” They are the exception to the rule!!! If you want to be wise, then marry someone who loves the Lord.

16 Mind Set: Deciding to Remain Faithful to God and Spouse Marriage is for life (Matt. 19:4-5) Fulfill your Obligation as a spouse Eph. 5:22-33 You made vows, keep them! Above all, remain faithful to God (Luke 14:26)

17 Deciding Your Occupation Your Occupation is Game Changing: It will impact your (future) family It will impact your ability to serve God It will impact your ability to provide

18 Deciding Your Occupation Making the Wise Decision: A Job that allows you to serve God A Job that allows you to worship God A Job that allows you to meet the needs of your family Financial (1 Tim. 5:8) Emotional (Titus 2:5) Spiritual

19 Mind Set: Decide to Work Hard, Be Content, Keep God First Work with Diligence (Col. 3:23 Be Content (1 Tim. 6:6-10) Keep God First (Matt. 6:33)
