Private Sector stakeholders to obtain their perspectives...” (the ‘starting point for building the national program – Pg 4 Interim NIPP) Provides a key avenue for Goal 4 to “build partnerships (with)... private sector stakeholders to implement Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) programs.” Offers a ‘feeder channel’ of vetted participants for Sector Coordinating Councils Will help identify and fill gaps left from a TVC Strategy & provide support for Tier 3 & 4 organizations not covered by the NIPP.
