PrEP clinic – (250+ patients actively using) Walk-In – 11/3 - patients able to see provider same day Active Referrals via CDPH’s Lakeview Specialty Clinic Successfully connected patients to primary care, PrEP, and Medicaid/Market Place exchanges, most were uninsured (ACA Navigator) PrEP Coordinator – case manager PrEP utilization among Black sexual minority, gender variant pops (particularly over 24) - LOW Young gay men/trans all races/ethnicities - LOW White gay men ages 25+ highest, followed by Latino Chicago PrEP Working Group 9 HOWARD BROWN HEALTH CENTER
