Paint Days Opportunity to create banners and get to know the other cheerleaders Proposed Calendar Days? ***Cheerleaders are not allowed to officially practice until some date after July 4 th.

CHEERLEADING CAMP All upcoming 7th & 8th Grade cheerleaders will participate in the cheer camp to learn the half-time routine. Cheer Camp will be held July 28 –August 1 st (tentative dates...will confirm ASAP) Camp may or may not require a fee ( we are in discussion about funding) BRING WATER / SNACK / LUNCH

PRACTICE: Proposed schedule Mondays 4:30- 5:30 p.m. in the gym at Little Mill Tuesdays 7:45 – 8:30 a.m. in the gym at Little Mill Thursdays 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at Action Tumble (parents carpool students from Little Mill to Action Tumble)

Estimated Financial Obligations: Due May 23 rd $50 Booster Club fee $75 Uniform fee due ($25 will be returned to you at the end of the season) $125 Total Upcoming fees to plan for: $75 Cheer Camp (possible) $55 Cheer Shoes (estimate) $15 Transportation Fee (bus to away games) $25 Game Day Spirit Wear $10 Game Day Bow $10 (approx.) bloomers in black (purchased individually by cheerleaders) $10 (approx.) no show socks (purchased individually by cheerleaders)

Optional Items Available *** (costs to be covered by cheerleader) Cheer bags $30 Warm-ups: black yoga style pants and black zip jackets with Mustangs logo and name ($20-35 each piece)

In order to ensure a successful cheer season, it is important that parents step up to volunteer and assist with some duties and responsibilities. Thank you in advance for your willingness to support our cheer program and your daughter’s efforts to grow in the sport of cheer. Please consider volunteering to serve as a Booster Officer or head up a Cheer Committee. ***Descriptions of the Cheer Committees are included on the next slides.

Committee Responsibilities... *****Committee Chairs- organize the activities and contact volunteers Fund-Raising Committee - In-school or outside of school activities for cheerleaders and parents (bake sale, etc.) with approval Snacks and Water for Game Day Committee - Create snack schedule, send reminders to parents when it is their turn, confirm delivery and distribution of snacks and water

Spirit Committee - Decorate lockers for cheerleaders and football players, create spirit tags, and help with pep rally. Transportation - Set up carpool for cheerleaders to be transported from Little Mill to Action Tumble after school on Thursdays Committee Responsibilities...
