3. JANUARY Marie has a volleyball banquet at Northern Arizona University. Four years of volleyball are coming to an end.

4. FEBRUARY The Darkow’s from Wisconsin visit. Horseback ride and cook out at South Mountain Park.

6. Our cat, Mufasa, didn't come home one evening, which was very unusual since he always came when we called him. We checked our neighborhood and animal shelters, but could not find him. We are afraid he is gone for good and have no idea what happened to him. We had him since 2001 when he was a kitten and we miss him.

7. APRIL Indoor games at Easter.

8. JUNE Alex & Kathy visit Mike & Alicia in El Paso. The girls at White Sands.

9. JULY Marie buys a new car, which will help with her job at Foundation for Blind Children.

10. Everyone goes jet skiing at Lake Pleasant to celebrate Devin’s promotion to high school.

12. Alicia visits for her 28 th birthday.

13. Kathy made tacos for Alicia & Mimi’s birthday.

14. AUGUST Alex & Kathy go on a cruise to Alaska. They have so much fun they are planning more trips like this.

15. Lots of activities on board and on shore!

16. SEPTEMBER Mike comes for a visit from El Paso, so the guys take him out for a round of golf.

18. Vic’s 80 th birthday celebration at Los Compadres
