Colonists move to Manhattan The colonists move from Fort Orange to Manhattan Island for protection from attacks by Native Americans.

The Colonists build a new settlement The Colonists built a new settlement on the southern tip of Manhattan Island, which they named New Amsterdam.

Trying to Receive Land in New Netherland In order to receive land in New Netherland, each patron is asked to bring 50 new settlers to the colony.
