Southeastern Region Largest City, Jacksonville, Longitude and Latitude. 30° 19' 54" N / 81° 39' 20" W _______________________________________ People chose to live here because of the beautiful weather and it’s near to the ocean. Also because it is a very big vacation destination during spring or summer break.

4. Place
Religion: Catholic Landforms: Florida Everglades and Appalachian Mountains Weather Patterns: In the southeast region it is mostly very hot! Winter up to around high 70s low 80s and Summer and spring both around 100 degrees.

5. Human Environmental-Interactions
Weather disaster have are common in the southeastern region and so it makes it hard for people to settle if there is a lot of weather disasters. __________________________________________ Pollution may have effected the area because rivers and water ways can close or get very dirty and people may not be able to swim or fish. Also because underwater creatures may die from the pollution.

6. Movement
Transportation in the southeast region is done mostly by trucks or planes depending on the distance of travel. _______________________________________ If any of the routes such as airports or highways were closed down delivery and transportation would be slower considering that is two of the biggest travel systems. __________________________________________ People choose to live in the southeastern region because of the warm climate and ocean. Also very good vacationing destinations.

7. Region
Some major tourist attractions of the southeastern region are Walt Disney World, Nashville, including The Grand Ole Opry, also Kennedy Space Center. __________________________________________ Unique Characteristics of the southeast region is that it has both mountainous areas as well as the ocean and beach front. Also it has a good climate which attracts tourists. Lastly it is the region of our countries most effected by hurricanes.
