WELCOME TO: THE YEAR 1700 A River across your paper connecting east to west (should be about an inch wide) Draw a wooden bridge across the river 4 roads originating from each direction (north, south, east, west) 10 houses Church Cemetery Store Pub Coal Mine Lots of trees everywhere (called COMMONS)

Round 4 - 1773 1 factory (the cotton factory must be placed on the river bank not the canal; canal water is not swift enough to generate the power to move parts of the water frame)
