4. Location of World War II Cemetery The War Cemetery is located in a hillside sloping place, in the south-western corner of Chittagong Medical College Hospital, beside the Badshah Mia Road of the city. Source: Google Earth Map

5. History of World War II Cemetery Second World War warrior’s graveyards are in this Cemetery. There are 755 graves in this graveyard of the great warriors who died in world war from1939 to 1945 in Chittagong areas.

6. Beauty of World War II Cemetery The natural beauty of this place is just phenomenal and rare in Bangladesh. After entrance, we can feel the breeze of silence and sanctity. Just go through the passage, graves are on both sides, maintained with proper care. At the end, a prayer room placed.

7. Open for Visitors The cemetery gates are open from 7:00 am- 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
