Planning Process is More Than Central High School Landowners & Lease Tenants Agree Opportunities Exist to Consider: Roadway Improvements Campus Identity Shared Parking / Stormwater Shared Improvements/Facilities Landowner / Tenant Long-Term Land Use Plans Need Public Input. What Outcomes Are Expected? Understand landowner and lease tenant plans and their relationship to one another. Gain understanding of opportunities and constraints. Open lines of communication between landowners, lease tenants and other stakeholders. Any actions taken will be based on need and public input. Next Steps … Public Input Specific property plans will likely involve additional public input. (Garden Plots, roadway changes, etc.) Prepare a report for City Council and other landowner/lease tenants to summarize process, issues, opportunities, and public input.
