Mississippi In Motion Participants/Teams Participants must be age 18 and older Strongly encouraged to consult with physician before starting program Participants form teams of 5 members, choose a team name, and select a team captain

Mississippi In Motion Participants/Teams Continued Required to attend pre/post health screenings Must attend 7 of the 10 educational sessions to be eligible for individual or team awards Team captains share information packets with team members who could not attend a session
