Description of the habitat The habitat for the blue whale is almost every ocean on earth. The lowest number of blue whales is in the North Atlantic Ocean, but most live in the southern hemisphere.

Interesting facts about the Blue Whale : It is the largest mammal on earth. It eats plankton and krill, fish that are a lot smaller than itself. Its swimming speed can reach 30 km/h.

Why is the Blue Whale endangered? People hunt it for blubber. People are polluting its habitat. Climate change affects its habitat and food resources.
