Ramadan Ramadan- is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which Muslims refrain from eating and drinking from sunrise until sunset. It is celebrated since 610 A.C.

Ramadan Fasting is intended to teach Muslims about patience, humility, and spirituality. It is a time for Muslims to fast for the sake of God (Arabic: Allah) and to offer more prayer than usual

Ramadan During Ramadan, Muslims ask forgiveness for past sins, pray for guidance and help in refraining from everyday evils, and try to purify themselves through self- restraint and good deeds. Also they can`t eat from sunrise to sunset.

Ramadan The name "Ramadan" had been the name of the ninth month in Arabian culture long before the arrival of Islam. After Ramadan is celebrated Eid Al-Fitr

Ramadan Charity is very important in Islam. When you are walking down the streets of Cairo in Egypt at the time of the sunset prayer (Maghrib), people give out dates and water for the homeless and people in need

Ramadan Eid Al-Fitr is the Muslim holiday which is celebrated the day after Ramadan. People give presents to each other even for christians, and perfoms dinner parties
