Cathedral Area Historic District Project Public Comments Received This Section of Town Holds Bismarck’s History – Once Gone – it Will be Very Difficult to Restore. The Public has Set a High Priority that the Widened Street not Bisect Neighbors in the East from Those in the West…We are Concerned about PEOPLE Being Separated from PEOPLE. Widen the Street as much as Possible.
