2 Segregation Segregation is the process which two specific groups are separated. Racial segregation was common in the early 1900’s.

4 Jim Crow Laws Origination Jim Crow Law was made to completely separate blacks and whites in everyday life.

8 Vocab Segregation is the process which two specific groups are separated. Racism hatred or intolerance of another race or other races. Jim Crow is a system of laws that originated in 1876 and ended after the Civil War in the mid 1900’s. The laws make it so blacks and whites stay separated. Public Accommodations to be satisfactory for those who have to work with the environment. Civil Rights Movement the national effort made by black people and their supporters in the 1950’s and 1960’s to eliminate segregation and gain equal rights.
