All National Projects Have Contributed to the Network NTI has in Particular: Developed the Innovation-Team Concept; merging employed with unemployed worker and trained them Applied and Developed the Role of Job Mentors; connection between companies and jobseeker Introduced the Idea of Patchworking, “new” for Western Mecklenburg Working Together To Address Demographic Challenges THE AGE ALLIANCE NETWORK

Working Together To Address Demographic Challenges THE AGE ALLIANCE NETWORK Challenges for the Future Geographic enlargement of the field of activities to Europe; particularly the new member states in the east Broadening of target groups – 12% of Migrants are unemployed in my hometown Schwerin Improvement of methods - knowledge exchange; transfer of best practice among EQUAL-Partnerships (Germany and Europe)
