2.  Draw the following triangle. You will need a compass tool.  Now produce a congruent image (triangle) of  ABC using the compass and ruler method. AB C

3.  Step 1: Step 1: Find a space to construct the new triangle. Begin with a point and name it D.  Step 2: Measure the distance of side AB with a compass and scribe this with an arc from point D. Draw a horizontal line from D, then label the new point as E. D E

4.  Step 3: Using the compass again, measure the distance of side BC and scribe with another arc around where C would lie. D E
