3. SEDONA WAFER HANDLING SYSTEM & CASSETTE INDEXER Single Head System with a Dual Stage Cassette Indexer. Dual Head System with a Four Stage Cassette Indexer. The Sedona wafer handling system is designed to transfer wafers from MGI magazines containing wafers in a coin stack configuration, separate one wafer at a time from the stack and place the wafers into plastic cassettes. The system can also reverse the operation and move the wafers from plastic cassettes into a coin stack. This system can also be connected to a cassette indexer for continuous cassette loading. The cassette indexer can be configured to hold two, three or four cassettes. This system can also be configured with multiple vacuum heads to increase the productivity through put. If the system is configured with two vacuum head, two plastic cassettes are loaded simultaneously and if this dual head system is connected to a cassette indexer four cassettes are placed on the indexer for a higher through put.
