3. Creating your Cover Your notebook cover should contain the following: Your name Your fictional family name Your family crest Your family name on the spine A family slogan and summary. A short paragraph that summarizes your skills, place of origin, and overall character

Creating a family crest A family crest: Reflects the beliefs and values of your family Has a shield which is either a triangle, heart or diamond in the center Has a banner at the bottom which has the family motto. Example “Honor above all.” Has a symbol at the top either an animal or object Is a summary of the character.
