All rights reserved. 55 Note about Back-Office Interfaces Companies that use back-office listing database systems such as Lucero, AccountTECH, Lone Wolf, Taro Pro Gold or UDS will be able to access Listings Central, but with some limitations. –3PI companies have specifically chosen to use a single interface for all their listing data –Will not feed back to CREST EDG, back-office system or Listing Distribution partners –Will update and enhance listing on century21.com only

All rights reserved. 66 Benefits to back office system users While Listing Central works differently for companies with 3rd party listing interfaces (3PI) there are still benefits for these users. –Much improved user interface, including Multiple photo upload increased # photos that can be included with a c21.com listing (to 50) Enhanced search and filtering of listings can post additional documents with listing, incl. video, floor plans, etc. Preview before publishing Simplified drag and drop photo / slideshow editing –Fixes known slideshow and other Enhanced Listing editor issues

All rights reserved. 77 Listing Central Typical Listing Central data flow Back Office System CREST EDGListing Central Listing Distribution Partners Century21.com 3 rd Party Interface (3PI) data flow Listing Distribution Partners Century21.com CREST EDG Listing Data Flow 3rd party listing interface users cannot: Create new listings in Listing Central (or in CREST for that matter), their 3PI is designed to do this for them and the 3PI feed only goes one way Since there is only a one-way feed of data to CREST allowed for 3PI users, we cannot also send updated data from Listing Central because it may conflict with their 3PI feed. Edits using Listing Central for non-3PI users also flow to CREST EDG, and thus 3rd party listing distribution partners.
