REHEARSAL SCHEDULE (NPHS WINTER GUARD) Auditions: November 10 th through 13 th : 3:45-6:00 Monday and Wednesday: 3:45-6:30 1 st Rehearsal: December 1, 2014 December: 1 st, 3 rd, 8 th, 10 th, 15 th & 17 th January: 7 th, 12 th, 14 th, 21 st, 26 th & 28 th February: 2 nd, 4 th, 9 th, 11 th, 23 rd & 25 th (4 th Early Release: ??) March: 2 nd, 4 th, 9 th, 11 th, 16 th, 18 th, 23 rd & 25 th (16 th & 18 th Early Release: ??) **Please schedule all doctors & dentist appointments accordingly.**

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE (NPHS CADETS) Auditions/Spin Camp: November 17 th through 20th : 4:00-5:30 Tuesday and Thursday: 4:00 – 5:30 1 st Rehearsal: December 2, 2014 December: 2 nd, 4 th, 9 th, 11 th, 16 th, 18 th January: 8 th, 13 th, 15 th, 20 th, 22 nd, 27 th & 29 th February: 3 rd, 5 th, 10 th, 12 th, 24 th & 26 th March: 3 rd, 5 th, 10 th, 12 th, 17 th, 19 th, 24 th & 26 th **Please schedule all doctors & dentist appointments accordingly.**

5. 4 COMPETITIVE SHOWS January 17, 2015: Kennesaw Mountain High School (Premier) February 21, 2015: Villa Rica High School March 21 st, 2015: Kell High School March 28 th /29 th : SAPA Championships in Chattanooga, TN ***Tentatively: Official Sent out before Holiday break*** **We will need parent volunteers because we will be carpooling.** Each of these places (barring SAPA championships) are within an hour away.

NPHS BUDGET, FEES & PAYMENT DATES Budget: Due Dates: SAPA fees: $525.00 November 19 th : Down payment - $130.00 *10* Staff: $2400.00 December 17 th, January 21 st & February 25 th Floor: $722.00 (Including shipping) Uniforms: $50 per uniform Silks: N/A Show Shirt: $10 per shirt Paint: $400.00 Shipping fees (uniforms): $50.00

8. ADDITIONAL MATERIALS NEEDED  A convertible body tight to wear under their uniforms. These can be ordered online or purchased at dance shops such as Center Stage in Marietta Square or at Dance Rags in Mableton. ~$15-20.  Show Makeup: To be determined… No more than $15. DUE: January 8th.  Colored flag tape (can be purchased at Home Depot for ~$3.00)
