10 Your Health Triangle – Quick Review 1.) What does Physical Health mean? This simply means taking good care of your body. At least 8 hours of sleep each night Healthy diet (fruits, vegetables, and breakfast!) Drink plenty of water each day Exercise at least 60 minutes every day See a doctor and dentist for regular wellness checks

11 Your Health Triangle – Quick Review 2.) What does Mental/Emotional Health mean? This simply means how you feel (think) about yourself. Do you like yourself? Can you control your temper? Are you happy most of the time?

12 Your Health Triangle – Quick Review 3.) What does Social Health mean? This simply means how you get along with other people. Do you have at least one good friend? Are you polite and respectful to your parents and other adults?
