People say about Vlad the Impaler that he was a cruel ruler and thirsty for blood. This reputation is unfair referring to that epoch and especially to the situation of Wallachia. It is like a man would be accused because he wounded or killed someone acting in self defense. People say about Vlad the Impaler that he was a cruel ruler and thirsty for blood.
