A marble is dropped into a piece of tubing the marble then continues to hit a hot wheels car. The hot wheels car goes down a ramp and ramps into a ruler which spins and hits another ruler. This ruler in turn cuts a piece of string that is wrapped around a banner dropping down a POWER T.
