òIn August, the BOD approved the 2013 Business Plan and Budget This marked the end of our 2013 Planning Session, and now we’re on to executing the plan – our new year started 10/1/2012 òToday’s event is the first in our planning season for 2014 There are many more events planned for 2013, as part of our 2014 planning season – from our Board meetings to focus groups to all of our credit union education – it will be a full year òThe next major event is our Leadership Conference (June 18-20, 2013 – mark your calendars!) 4 We truly appreciate your participation, and respect your dedication in leading this cooperative...NOW ON TO 2013!

Presentation and Q&A 35 minutes òEach finalist will have a total of 35 minutes to present his or her idea òIncludes time to field questions from the group (we’ll pass around the microphone) Determining the Winner(s) òBallot data collected today will be presented to the CU*Answers Board of Directors for consideration òThe Board will make its final decision and announce the awards no later than January 31, 2013 HERE’S HOW THE MORNING WILL GO...
